I don't know how much this matters to you, but with only 1 credit bet at $1 denomination, you can't hit a taxable jackpot--otherwise, you could. It's actually a major bummer to have to declare a big jackpot on your federal taxes and probably have to pay taxes on it. So I'd play 200 1-credit spins. Aren't winnings offset-able by losses up to the amount of the declared winnings? If you have a club card (at least for M and for Harrah's but I don't know about other companies), you can get a gross losses statement.
