Report on Gambling Harm Minimisation Policy 2016-2021 (updated Nov 2018 In November 2015, the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation (VCGLR) approved an application from the operator of the Diamond Creek Tavern to operate an. The Strategy to Prevent and Minimise Gambling Harm 2019/20 to 2021/22 is the latest of those strategy documents.
